This is a Tamdhu single malt from the 1990s, a Speyside whisky bottled at 40% ABV. It has a light amber colour. The nose is sweet and malty, with citrus, a touch of smoke, and caramel, vanilla and honey. On the palate it is balanced and smooth, with malt sweetness, fruit sugar, oranges and roasted nuts, and a gentle smokiness underneath. The finish is rather short, leaving a soft sweetness with malt and a light smokiness.
