This is a ruby port-style dessert wine from the Finger Lakes region of New York, made from vineyards overlooking Keuka Lake. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
It is rich and moderately sweet, with a deep ruby colour. It is best served slightly cool after dinner, with cheese or chocolate, or alongside roast duck, pork medallions or chicken with mushrooms.
On the palate it is moderately sweet, rich and smooth, with real depth of character. The finish is smooth and lingering.
