Teeling 14 Year Old PX Sherry Single Cask California Edition is an Irish single malt hand selected by the distillery for its partners in California. It was matured in ex-Bourbon casks, then finished in a single ex-PX sherry wine cask, for a total of fourteen years.
It is limited to 282 bottles, bottled at 56.4% ABV and non-chill filtered.
The nose offers apples, roasted nuts, red fruits and rum raisin. On the palate there is dark chocolate, dried fruits and stewed pears. The finish is long and dry, with burnt sugar.
