Teeling – 21 Years Old Rising Reserve IV White Wine Cask (2025) (46%)

Rising Reserve IV is a 21-year-old Irish single malt from Teeling Distillery in Dublin, bottled at 46% ABV. It belongs to the Rising Reserve series, which follows the Revival and Renaissance bottlings first released to mark the opening of the Teeling distillery in Dublin. The whiskey spent its first 18 years in ex-bourbon casks, then a further three in white wine casks. The release is limited to 6,000 bottles worldwide. The nose is candied lemon, vanilla, biscuit dough and toffee with a hint of toasted barley. On the palate come bright tropical fruit, soft tannins, citrus and white chocolate, leading to a long, gentle finish of orchard fruit and honey.
