Teeling 30 Year Old is an Irish single malt from the Dublin distillery, bottled at 46%. It spent all thirty years in wood: 25 years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by five years in Burgundy casks. The nose combines fresh orchard fruit, toasted nuts and chocolate. The palate is velvety, with peach and apricot, while citrus notes mingle with a delicate smoke and soft wood. The finish is long and marked by spice.
