Blackpitts is a triple distilled, peated Irish single malt from Teeling, matured in Bourbon and Sauternes casks.
The name comes from the historic Blackpitts area of Dublin, just behind the new Teeling distillery. The district was once home to many malting houses and a long manufacturing tradition, which provided the inspiration for this whiskey.
