Teeling Brabazon Bottling Series 4 is a 13 year old Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 49.5% ABV. It is the fourth and closing release in the Brabazon series.
The whisky was matured entirely in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, rather than simply finished in them.
The nose brings dark raisins, molasses and spiced fruitcake. The palate is full-bodied and syrupy, with dried fig, black cherry, cinnamon bark and dark chocolate. The finish carries hints of walnut, tobacco and espresso.
