Teeling – Renaissance Series No 4 18 Years (70cl, 46%)

This is the fourth bottling in Teeling's Renaissance Series, an Irish whiskey bottled in 2021 after 18 years of maturation. It matured in ex-bourbon casks and was finished in Pineau des Charentes casks. The release was limited to 9000 bottles. The nose brings candied fruit, pressed grapes and floral notes. On the palate come apricot, pineapple, roasted almonds and clove. The finish is dry, with gentle spice and hints of candied cherries.
