Teeling Revival Vol. III is a 14 year old Irish single malt from Teeling in Dublin, a limited release in the Revival series. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill filtered.
The whisky spent more than a decade in ex-bourbon casks before a finish in French Pineau des Charentes wine barrels.
The nose is bright stone fruit, candied orange, white grape and creamy vanilla. On the palate, apricot, honeyed pear, toasted almond and floral wine notes sit over a silky malt base. The finish is long and juicy, with grape must, citrus zest and oak spice.
