Teeling – Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (75cl)

Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey in a 75cl bottle, made as a nod to the Dublin pot still style associated with the city's old, now closed distilleries. The mash bill is half malted and half unmalted barley, triple distilled. It is matured in a combination of American virgin oak, bourbon and sherry casks. The nose brings hibiscus flowers, honeycomb, white grape, grapefruit and citrus. The palate has lychee, more white grape, white pepper, warm roasted peaches and baked biscuits. The finish is dry, with spice, roasted almonds and maple sugar.
