Teeling – Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey made in Dublin from a mash bill of malted and unmalted barley. It is triple distilled and matured in a combination of American virgin oak, ex-bourbon and sherry casks. The nose shows grapefruit, cinnamon, lychee and roasted almonds. On the palate come peaches, poached pears, cooked grains and thick cream, with honey, vanilla, allspice and white pepper. The finish is dry, with oak, spice and muscovado sugar.
