Teeling Small Batch Rum Cask Finish (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Small Batch is a triple-distilled Irish blend of grain and malt whiskey. Both whiskeys first mature in ex-bourbon barrels, are then married, and spend up to twelve more months in rum casks from Central America. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered. The rum casks give the blend a dried-fruit character, with floral and herbal notes alongside vanilla, raisins and apricot. The nose is floral, with sweet vanilla, rum-soaked raisins and allspice. The palate is creamy, with dried fruit and warming spice. The finish is long and warming, with balanced oak and spice.
