Telaro Ripa Bianca Galluccio DOC

Ripa Bianca is a white Galluccio DOC wine from Telaro, produced at Galluccio in the province of Caserta at the foot of the extinct Roccamonfina volcano. It is made from 100% Falanghina and shows marked minerality. In the glass it is an intense straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma is elegant and fruity, with delicate notes of apple, apricot and pear, alongside floral and exotic fruit notes. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and balanced, with a pleasant echo of the aromas. It is recommended with risottos and pasta with seafood, fried and grilled fish, fresh and aged cheeses, and mozzarella.
