The Balvenie 12 Year Old Home Malt is a single malt from The 1931 Collection, made in collaboration between the distillery's Malt Master, Kelsey McKechnie, and the artist Daniel Arsham. It is a tribute to Balvenie's oldest ever release, which was 88 years old.
The whisky is made with 100% home malted barley and finished in sherry butts. It is bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle, with textured packaging designed by Arsham.
The flavours are described as toffee, ginger, barley sugar, raisins and smooth spices.
