This is a 14 year old single malt from The Balvenie, matured exclusively in American bourbon barrels and sold in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon casks give the whisky a creamy texture. It is usually described as having vanilla, toffee and honey, with a subtle oak spice running underneath, followed by a long, warming finish.
