The Balvenie Madeira Cask is a 15 year old single malt from a distillery known for its mastery of double maturation, in a 70cl bottle. It matured in former American whisky casks and then in former Madeira wine casks.
The second maturation adds further aromas, notably fresh peach, orange zest and hazelnut.
