The Balvenie 18 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Cask is a single malt aged for 18 years and bottled at 48.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has a deep amber colour, and the Pedro Ximénez cask brings an indulgent sweetness to the palate.
The nose is rich and layered, with dried fruit, caramel, chocolate and a hint of raisins. On the palate there is toasted oak, ripe fruit and honey alongside that sweetness.
The finish is long and bittersweet.
