The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from Dufftown, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Refill American oak casks are transferred to finish in first-fill European oak Oloroso sherry butts, which gives the whisky its two woods.
The distillery still grows its own barley and malts it in its own traditional floor maltings.
