The Botanist Cask Rested Gin (70cl)

The Botanist Cask Rested Gin is an Islay gin made by the Bruichladdich distillery. It starts from the Botanist Islay Dry Gin, which uses 22 wild Islay plants gathered by hand, alongside juniper, coriander and citrus. The gin then rests for at least six months in Bruichladdich's warehouses. The final blend draws on around 16 types of cask, including American and European oak and former bourbon, sherry and red wine casks, so that no single wood dominates. Fresh juniper, citrus, flowers and wild herbs remain, now joined by wood, spice and dried fruit, with a noticeably rounder texture.
