The Brisbane Batch 1 is a five year old malt bottled by Adelphi at 57.5%. It is bottled at cask strength, without added colour or filtration. Adelphi was established in 1826 on the River Clyde, on the edge of Glasgow. The distillery closed in the early 1900s and returned in 1993 as an independent bottler, revived by a grandchild of a former owner.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
