This is an Irish single malt from The Busker, made at Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, bottled at 44.3% in a 75cl bottle.
It is a blend of single malt whiskeys aged in Bourbon and Spanish sherry casks.
The nose offers fresh pear, apple peel, baking spice, nutmeg and a hint of smoked orange peel. The palate is well rounded and smooth, with toffee, apple, sultana, vanilla, chocolate ganache, spice and caramel. The finish is lingering, with spice and depth of flavour.
