The Busker Single Malt is an Irish whiskey made at the Royal Oak distillery in County Carlow. It is distilled in copper stills and aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
It sits in the Busker single range alongside a single grain and a single pot still, and is described as sweet and full-bodied, complex yet easy to approach.
The nose opens with apple and pear, then moves to resin, elderflower and pine. The palate is soft and rounded, with chocolate and biscuit.
