The Busker Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, made at the Royal Oak distillery in County Carlow. It is one of three single whiskeys in The Busker range, alongside the single grain and the single malt.
It is distilled from malted barley in copper stills, then matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose is rich with fresh flowers, honey, oak and clove. On the palate it is intense and spiced, with light touches of vanilla and caramel.
