The Busker Triple Cask is an Irish whiskey from Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It blends malt, grain and single pot still whiskeys.
The blend is aged in Bourbon, Spanish Sherry and Sicilian Marsala casks, which gives the triple cask name.
The nose shows ripe mango, dried apple rings, vanilla bean and fine spice. The palate is light-bodied, with apple pie, sweet cream, caramel, gingerbread and custard, and the finish is long, smooth and refreshing.
