The Daisen Blended Japanese Whisky Red Wine Cask (70cl)

The Daisen Blended Japanese Whisky Red Wine Cask is a blend of malt and grain whisky in a 70cl bottle. It matured for more than three years in bourbon casks, then spent over three months finishing in a Japanese red wine cask from Tottori prefecture. Natural groundwater from Mount Daisen goes into the whisky. The nose brings bitter caramel and dark chocolate, the palate adds orange peel, vanilla and maple syrup, and the finish is a long sweetness.
