The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a Scotch single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It was first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in ex-sherry casks.
The nose brings caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas laced with honey. On the palate there is dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon, and the finish turns to sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
