This is a 25 year old Highland single malt from The Dalmore, first released in 2013. It matures first in American white oak, then spends a second period in a combination of Palomino Fino sherry butts and first-fill bourbon casks.
The whiskies are married together in bourbon barrels and finished in Tawny Port pipes, which are exclusive to The Dalmore and previously held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry. It is bottled at 42% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
