The Dalmore King Alexander III is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in six different casks, and the wine finishes shape much of its character.
The nose is fruit-led but also floral, with red fruit, nuts, winter spices and chocolate coming from the wines. A dark, malty character remains underneath.
