The Dalmore – King Alexander III Year of the Horse 2026 (70cl, 40%)

This is The Dalmore King Alexander III in its Lunar New Year 2026 edition, a Highland single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and presented in a limited-edition box. The whisky is an assemblage of six cask finishes: small batch Bourbon casks, Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks, Madeira casks, Marsala casks, Port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. The nose is described as red berry fruits with hints of passion fruit. On the palate come citrus zest, vanilla pod, crème caramel and crushed almonds, and the finish brings cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
