The Dalmore Vintage 2003 is a Highland single malt. It began in ex-Bourbon casks of American white oak, then went into separate casks that had held Rivesaltes sweet wine, Matusalem sherry and Amoroso sherry, along with further ex-Bourbon casks.
The Dalmore's master blenders then brought these together, and the whisky was bottled at 46.9% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour. It is a limited edition.
