The Deacon Scotch Blended Whisky (70cl, 40%)

The Deacon is a Scotch blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It combines smoky Speyside and peaty Islay single malts, with the Islay malts providing bold peat smoke and the Speyside malts a bonfire-like character. The bottle is embossed with intricate patterns and a mascot. On the nose it is typically described as charred orange, sweet malty biscuits and woodsmoke. The palate brings juicy orange, delicate spice and tangy peat, leading to a long, smooth finish that is sweet and smoky.
