The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is a five-year-old blend of Irish malt and grain whiskey, dreamed, distilled and matured in Ireland. It is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for five years in virgin American oak and made by master distiller Darryl McNally, working with Jack McGarry and Sean Muldoon, the founders of The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog, the Irish bar in Manhattan, New York. The whiskey takes its name from that bar, which in turn draws on the Dead Rabbit gang of Irish emigrants in New York.
