The Dubliner Bourbon Cask is an Irish blend of single malt and grain whiskey, matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is fresh and light, with green apple, grassy notes and cereal. On the palate it is soft, with honey sweetness and a touch of pepper, and the finish is silky with a caramel note.
