This is the fifth release in the Essence of Suntory Whisky series, a Yamazaki Islay Peated Malt. It was issued officially only to bars. The barley was dried over peat from the Scottish island of Islay. The whisky matured in bourbon casks from 2010 to 2021, a total of 11 years, and was bottled at cask strength.
