The Famous Grouse is a blended Scotch whisky, made from grain whiskies and single malts, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as balanced and easy-drinking, and can be taken neat, over ice or with a mixer.
On the palate it is rich and mellow, with honey, dried fruit and soft vanilla, then toffee, biscuit malt and subtle oak, with hints of citrus peel and warming spice. The finish is smooth, clean and lingering, with touches of caramel and oak.
