A 10 year old Speyside single malt from The Glen Grant, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was established in 1840 by brothers John and James Grant.
It was matured for ten years in bourbon-seasoned American oak casks, and is made using tall, slender pot stills fitted with purifiers.
The nose is fresh orchard fruit, honey and soft malt with delicate floral notes. The palate is light and silky, with pear, vanilla and almonds, gentle oak and creamy toffee. The finish is clean and dry, with hints of fruit, malt and subtle spice.
