On the nose there is caramel, dried apricot and toffee, with oak spice and roasted almond. The palate brings honey, vanilla cream and baked apple, balanced by nutmeg and a hint of cocoa. The finish is long and warming, with spiced oak, dark fruit and a lingering sweetness.
