A single cask Highland malt from The GlenDronach, distilled on 25 February 1994 and bottled in 2023 after 28 years in an Oloroso sherry puncheon. Cask 1769 produced 692 bottles, each at 55.5% in a 70cl bottle.
It belongs to the distillery's annual single cask releases, chosen from the warehouse by Master Distiller Billy Walker.
Deep walnut brown in colour, it has aromas of raisins, cinnamon and crème caramel. The palate brings more raisins, with muscatels, walnuts and rich sherry flavours, and Christmas spices of cinnamon and cloves.
