This is a 12 year old single malt from The Glenlivet, released as the Jamaica Edition and named after Treasure Beach. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
The whisky was matured for 12 years in a combination of American oak and seasoned casks.
On the nose it offers tropical fruit, with ripe banana and sweet pineapple alongside a light touch of Jamaican spice. The palate brings smooth vanilla and creamy coconut with citrus zest and a little nutmeg. The finish is long, with spicy oak and a hint of sea breeze.
