The Glenturret Peat Smoke is a seven-year-old single malt, the 2024 release, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from peated new make spirit.
American oak leads, giving a pronounced smoky character, with sweeter fruit notes brought by European oak. Refill casks let the peated spirit come through.
The nose is citrus-forward, and it develops into sweet, fruity notes on the palate.
