This single malt was distilled at The Glenturret in 1972 and comes in a 37.5cl bottle at 43% ABV, with a box.
On the nose there is ripe, juicy fruit, including yellow pears, muscat grape, green melon and honeysuckle, with an old, oily candle wax note beneath. The palate is full-bodied for 43%, with malty sweetness set against oak spice, plus vanilla, heather honey, hints of citrus and an oily texture.
The finish is medium to long and warm, with candied fruit, sweet wood and a light peppery spice.
