The Glenturret Triple Wood is a single malt Scotch whisky, here in Batch No. 3, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American sherry oak, European sherry oak and American bourbon oak casks, and hand-selected by distillery manager Neil K Cameron.
The colour is a deep, clear, burnished gold. The nose offers fresh orange peel, vanilla and pear drops, and the palate brings cedarwood, cinnamon-coated marzipan and a hint of coconut.
The finish is long, woody and evergreen, with oak throughout.
