The Glenturret Triple Wood Edition, Batch No. 3, is a Highland single malt bottled at 43%. It is matured in three kinds of cask: bourbon barrels, American oak sherry casks and European oak sherry casks.
The nose is sweet and mellow, with vanilla, toffee apple, barley sugar, malt, and cinnamon and ginger cake. On the palate, ginger cake and zesty oak spice sit with a malty core and citrus. The finish is warm and sweet, with soft oak, vanilla and gentle spice.
