A small-batch English blended malt from The Heart Cut, made with Barley and drawn from five distilleries. It is bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle.
It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails, whether shaken or stirred.
The nose brings summer berries, raspberry ripple ice cream and a soft rose note. On the palate there are strawberry jam, thick vanilla cream and warm cinnamon buns, with a hint of toffee crisp. The finish is fruity, sweet and long, with orange blossom and fresh raspberries.
