The Irishman 12 Year Old is an Irish single malt, triple distilled from 100% malted barley and bottled at 43% ABV. It matured for twelve years in first-fill bourbon casks. The nose is led by fruit, with burnt wood and cut hay behind it. The palate is rich and creamy, coated in red fruit with slightly grassy notes. Spice, floral notes and a silky texture run through the whole.
