The Irishman Founder's Reserve is a small batch Irish whiskey bottled by Walsh Whiskey at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It combines 70% single malt with 30% single pot still. The whiskey is triple distilled and matured in ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is sweet, with peach, apple and a touch of white pepper. The palate offers ripe fruit, cinnamon and dark chocolate, and the finish brings oak and butterscotch.
