The Irishman Single Malt is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, made from 100% malted Irish barley and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in a combination of American oak bourbon barrels and European oak Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is of honeyed malt. The palate is soft and fruit-forward, with candied fruit, sweet fig and a little malt, and the warming finish has sundried raisins and seasoned oak spice.
