The Harvest, previously known as Founder's Reserve, is an Irish whiskey from The Irishman that marries single malt with single pot still. The blend is 70% single malt and 30% single pot still, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is triple distilled and matured in American oak bourbon barrels, from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. The nose brings zesty spice, black pepper and peaches. On the palate come pot still spice, dark chocolate and bourbon oak, and the finish is oak with butterscotch.
