The Jane Street Collection The Original One (70cl, 48.5%)

The Original One is a Scotch single malt from The Jane Street Collection, bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in oak casks and is meant to let the character of the distillery come through without heavy wood influence. The nose has honeyed fruits, bright citrus and subtle wood. The palate is smooth and creamy, moving into gentle fruit. The finish is soft and of medium length.
