The Liquid Madness Find 3 Seven Seals Distillery

This is Find 3 from The Liquid Madness, a whisky made at Seven Seals Distillery. The nose combines old, fatty smoke with dark chocolate, plenty of sweetness, and cherry with caramel and herbs. On the palate, a good deal of sweetness and a mild smoke meet Piedmont cherry and milk chocolate. A fine, herbal spiciness runs through a creamy, oily texture. The finish is long and warming, with sweet cherry and chocolate.
